• what more you would like to see in the way of local facilities
• what’s just fine as it is and should be left well alone!

The Neighbourhood Masterplan team

We are designers, landscape architects, sustainability advisers and project managers, working together with a community consultation team.

Westminster City Council has asked us to continue the transformation of Westbourne Green into a thriving urban neighbourhood.

The area has seen recent improvements, but there is the potential for further improvements including:

• Quality housing for local people
• An improved Community Centre
• A good quality retail centre on the Harrow Road
• Safe and well used public spaces and recreation facilities

Over the past two months we have asked you what more could be done to improve Westbourne Green’s open spaces, housing and facilities. Having listened to the views you have given us on the doorstep and at events, we presented some ideas we have begun to explore at an Ideas Exhibition at the Stowe Centre (6th-15th July).

Westminster Council’s Commitment to residents:

• The neighbourhood masterplan and its proposals will be for the benefit of
  local residents
• We will offer a right to remain to all residents
• Residents and stakeholders will be consulted and involved at all stages
• We will listen to your preferences
• We will provide updates throughout the process
• The plan will only go forward if there is a broad consensus
